The Challenge
Parry Law required a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to meet their compliance and regulatory obligations. This strategy needed to encompass file storage, Microsoft 365 policies, and identity access management. Additionally, they sought ongoing IT support and assistance with implementing a new dictation platform.
The Implementation
To address Parry Law’s needs, Think Connect developed and deployed a tailored cybersecurity strategy that aligned with their compliance requirements. Think Connect implemented a secure file storage solution, enforced Microsoft 365 security policies, and strengthened identity access management to enhance data protection.
As part of the effort to strengthen their security posture, we implemented Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) for advanced antivirus protection, deployed Managed Detection and Response (MDR) for continuous threat monitoring (SIEM), and established regular backup protocols across the company.
Additionally, our team provided ongoing IT support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. As part of the project, we also facilitated the successful implementation of a new dictation platform, integrating it smoothly into their existing workflow.
