Leased Lines and Ethernet
A highly available, ultra-fast fibre leased line provides essential connectivity to client sites through a range of carefully selected suppliers to meet both your budget and availability needs. Leased line and Ethernet circuits enable your business to meet the demanding immediate requirement for fast, uninterrupted secure connectivity whilst future proofing the overall solution by preparing for anticipated growth.
Leased lines open the doors to access a range of additional datacentre services not available through traditional internet access methods such as Hosted VoIP and Backup.
With speeds ranging from 10Mbps to 10Gbps our circuits are low latency offering extremely high performance and uptime.
Once installed and to ensure complete flexibility bandwidth on the Ethernet bearer can be quickly upgraded as the business needs demands. When selecting a leased line one of our solutions architects will meet with you to discuss your specific requirements and future growth ambitions ensuring confidence that the solution is not only fit for purpose but highly reliable and backed by comprehensive support and service level agreements.
What is a Leased Line?
A leased line is dedicated circuit providing consistent high-performance connectivity meaning you will not be sharing your bandwidth with anyone else – hence “dedicated” whereas a standard broadband (ADSL or FTTC) connection provides contended connectivity where you may be sharing bandwidth with up to 50 other customers. Providing symmetric connectivity, you can send and receive data at the same rates both up and downstream.
